RETURNS
Given that the products are perishable items, we do not accept returns. Your experience is our priority, and we would love to hear from you if you are not pleased with your purchase. You can contact us at support@teresapastries.com within 3 days of your purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
To complete a refund, we will require a proof of payment (receipt).
You will be required to return the product to us to assess issue. You may email us at support@teresapastries.com for further details.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 10 business days.
