Shipping policy
Here are our current order processing and shipping time frames:
Processing Time: 1 week
All orders are processed for shipping on Tuesdays and Wednesdays of each week across Jamaica. As such all order request must be sent one week in advance (e.g. orders sent on Wednesday will be shipped by Tuesday of the following week).

Non-urgent inquiries may experience a response delay of up to 5 business days. We continue to prioritize urgent inquiries and will try to address those as soon as possible.
